How often does my training program change?
Every 4 to 5 weeks. Why? Because that is the average time it takes your body to adapt to a program. A training program is only as good as the time it takes your body to adapt to it. At Collective Fitness, we are all about results. If we need to change the program earlier we will, again, it’s all about results.
How will you know my fitness level?
We conduct several health and fitness assessments before we commence training with you. All our programs are tailored to the individual.
Do I have to sign a contract like at other gyms?
No, you are not ‘locked’ into any long-term contracts and can suspend or cancel your training at anytime. However, we do work with all clients for a minimum of 12 weeks so you apply enough time to achieve your goals.
We only want you to be a part of Collective Fitness so long as you are getting value from our training and service.
What kind of results can I expect?
Whatever your goal, be it weight-loss, strength, muscle gains or to increase fitness, we will dramatically increase the rate at which you experience results. In the long run, we will save you time and money.

How long will results take?
We have clients see results in as little as 2 weeks. In 12 weeks, most clients enjoy clients will FEEL, LOOK and PERFORM better.
As a rule, we tell clients that they will experience a huge boost in mood, energy and focus in the first couple of weeks.
At week 4 or 5, clients are generally fitter and stronger than they ever imagined.
Our biggest focus is teaching you the ways of health and fitness so you can effortlessly maintain your results for life!
Will you yell at me?
We do not believe in guilt, yelling or blame. Not only because we are nice people, but because research shows yelling, guilt and blaming people is a very un-motivating experience when it comes to helping people achieve peak performance.
How much will it cost?
We have several options available for training between 2-5 times per week. The price for 1on1 coaching will range from $40-60 per session and Group Training ranges between $20-30 per session. It’s best to come in and discuss your goals and objectives so we can ensure you make the best choice based on your needs.
Will i always have the same trainer?
We like to keep the same coach as we program our sessions over 4-12 week periods. Occasionally you will traing with a different trainer and we make sure that this is communicated to you before your session.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is – behind the studio there is ample 2-hour parking, you can enter down the cobble stone driveway off Moore Street or Shuter Street via Puckle Street. On Moore Street, there is 2-hour parking, however this may be tricky depending on time of day.
Where are you located?
We are located centrally in Moonee Ponds and conveniently nearby to public transport (tram and train). Our address is 1a Moore Street (upstairs).
