Hi I’m Matt, personal trainer at Collective Fitness. Personal Training for me is building relationships with clients and coaching them to improve their overall movement patterns and strength. I am massively passionate about achieving outcomes and empowering clients to achieve what they previously thought impossible.
I train you to build a solid foundation of fitness that only enriches your life and is never at the detriment of your other pursuits. Your program will incorporate weight lifting, gymnastics, kettle bells, as well as a number of functional training methods, to help you achieve consistent, long-term results.
